A flea market find in my dining room...
I forgot to show you....
A handmade tool carrier...
Tool carriers are not just for garages anymore!
When I purchased the old toolbox,
I wasn't sure where I was going to place it...
and to be honest,
I don't remember how it ended up
in the dining room
...on my antique shoe cart.
I did a post about my shoe cart
which you can read about
I filled up the tool carrier with inexpensive ironstone ...
collected at thrift stores
and flea markets
....
My hutch is overflowing...
These are the pieces that don't fit in my hutch
Do I have too much ironstone??
Gosh I hope not!
I love the handmade nature of the tool carrier....
the color and the wood's patina...
If you look closely,
you can see somebody wrote their name
on the side of the box...
So charming to me
...and for $15.00
so totally worth it!
